the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful . yasmin, at reception, was especially good and greeted me warmly. the hotel's location near the subway and the upper west side is very convenient, which i found appealing.
the hot water in the bathroom took a few minutes to heat up, it was a small issue though.

the room was clean and spacious. it had a nice selection of toiletries in refillable pumps. gleaming white towels were displayed attractively, and the bed was comfortable. the cable worked well too, it was nice.

The hotel had an amazing location. It was close to the subway and Central Park. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a generous variety of options each day.
I noticed that the carpets in the hallways needed a very thorough cleaning.
